Multiuser File service allows a Net2MAX users to store their files in a central location on the Internet. The files can be accessed globally by the users themselves (say from work and from home) or by other authorised parties.

The Multiuser File service enables sophisticated sharing of files between different users. All accesses are logged and each folder can be protected individually to enable different people to access it with different access permission (upload/delete/read/write).

There is an integrated search engine to help in locating the right file. There is a version control system to make sure that all changes to the files are tracked and that different users do not accidentially over-write each other's changes. Monitoring can also be set up to provide email notification on any changes.
